We''re book on a Holland America cruise to Alaska in early June. The ship is scheduled to return to Seattle at 7 AM. I wanted to take advantage of a Southwest flight departing Seattle at 11:30AM. Do you think I can make this flight if I do the self disembarkation off the ship?
Thanks.

When we did our Alaskas cruise, we were off the ship by 9am. We were on Princess though. Princess gave us the option to complete a form to carry our bags off after customs cleared if we needed to get off the ship first thing. SW only had flights to our home airport on our depature day at 9am, so we had to spend the night. I don't know about Holland America, but you can check.
The cruise line's standard response is to book your flight at 12 noon or after.
You might want to ask this question on the Holland American forum over on Cruise Critic.
We took that cruise last June and we made a 10:45 departure on American airlines without any problems. HAL had the most efficient arrival and departure procedures of any of the few cruises I have been on.
You should be able to make that flight with no problem if you do the walk off.
