Hotel in Tampa night before cruise

Flying to Tampa the day before the cruise. Can anyone recommend a hotel that will provide pick up at the airport and transportation to the pier the next day? Need a hotel that has a restaurant because I won't have a car. Also - any suggestions as to what to do in Tampa for a day.
