We are taking the Royal Carribean Vision of the Seas out of Stockholm in July. The cruise is slated to dock at 7 am - has anyone taken this cruise recently to know what the average time is to get off the ship? Including clearing customs, etc.?

I am a little confused why you have to clear customs at the end of your cruise when you arrive back at Stockholm.
I am assuming you are flying into Stockholm, then clearing customs at the Airport...then boarding your cruise ship
and then doing your cruise and returning back to Stockholm at the end.
Do you want to get off the cruise ship quickly because you have a flight to catch in the morning.?
Hi,
I have never done one of those "all baltic ports cruises" but i have travelled by boat many times between Stockholm and Helsinki/Riga. Procedures are very quick. And since you will arrive from Visby there will be no immigration, only customs. Immigration is only carried out when you arrive from a port outside the Schengen area, e.g. Saint Petersburg.
Usually you just sail through customs, they check at most 1 out of 100 passengers and only if they for some reason get suspicious.
Your main concern is to find transport from the cruise port unless transport is not provided by your cruise company. A pre booked taxi could be a good idea if you are in a hurry. Queues for taxis could be very, very long.

If you mean customs and how it related to getting off the ship don't worry. Thats later at the airport, assuming you have a plane to catch. If you are in a hurry you can self disembark which means you shlep your own luggage but can get off as soon as the ship docks and clears its own customs if that is what you mean. Anyway thats not usually very long at all.
If you have a plane to catch and time is tight then pre-arrange a taxi or limo.
