You really don't have time to do Barcelona, Valencia and Malaga in 5 days. Just spend the rest of the time in Barcelona. There is _plenty_ of nightlife and it's a great city!
Good luck with the budget.
Have you figured travel time and cost from place to place? Assume your airfare is already paid?
I can recommend great value Hostal Orleans in Barcelona, basic hotel standard (private bathroom, AC, TV, free safe, 24 desk etc) in the vibrant El Born disitrict with lots of bars, clubs and nightlife and close to everything, ten min walk to the Barceloneta beach.

Some 60€ for a double, and they also have got triple rooms.

You don;t say where you are from - and I'm going to assume
1) you are not including air or train travel in your budget
2) you have 1200 euros per person
You should be aware that this is still a really tight budget for the time you have. I hope you have looked into hostels and picked out where you want to stay and determined the cost.
Also - March in Amsterdam and Prague are still winter - so I hope you have proper clothing for the weather.
More info would help people advise you.
You barely have enough time to visit Barcelona, Valencia and Malaga - I'd stick with these cities. In fact you'd be able to visit Valencia during Las Fallas - a huge party, from March 15-19. You'll save precious money the less you move around too!
That is really 2 trips--pick one.
