2 adults and 1 teenager traveling to Europe the second week of March for 9 days. We are airline employees so our airfare is very inexpensive although we are responsible for the tax. Where are the best places to visit in Europe for the least amount of money? We are planning on staying in hostels.
I have already visited England, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria

Portugal !
Agree with Bob, Portugal. Or Greece. Also, you may have been to Italy, but did you get to Sicily?
Where do you want to go? You can do almost anywhere on a budget. And how long do you want to go for.
You may also want to look at schedules and see how full the planes are, since you'll be flying standby. Make a plan B if flights back are too full and you have to stay over, IF you have to return on a timely basis.
I'd, of course, go to Paris--you haven't been there. I think Paris is VERY budget friendly.
