Sarande is lovely! Great place to just kick back & relax, on the Albanian riviera. All the sun of the "regular" reviera, at a fraction of the cost

Was in Sarande 0n Regents Mariner inJune of o8.Most of the passengers were very unhappy withthe port and several even requested that it be removed from the itinerary.Even though we are seasoned travelers we really got taken.Ended up paying 5 euros for a "give away map" and taken way out of town by a taxi driver to see the mosaics which were a block away!!
The only thing worth seeing is Butrint's ancient ruins.
