Cabin cruise on a sailboat in the Greek Isles - recommended companies?

A few friends and I (between 5-7 of us, all single) are planning to visit Greece and Istanbul for a couple weeks this June. We would like to spend a week of that sailing the Greek Islands (probably Mykonos, Santorini and those inbetween).

I'm not a fan of big cruise ships, and another friend is not really sure she likes sailing, so we're looking to book some cabins on a larger sailboat/gulet/yacht. Maybe something with around 16 cabins or so.

We're some young, fun, adventurous thirtysomethings, but not really partiers. We'd love to relax and enjoy the views, hike around the islands, experience the culture, and eat some good food and drink wine.

We are kind of on a budget, but we also don't want to skimp. I looked at Travel Talk Tours, and the price was good, but reviews less than stellar. The same with Turkey Travel Centre. I am somewhat interested in the Mykonos to Santorini trips offered by both Gap Adventures (Or G Adventures?) and Intrepid.

Ideally, however, we would depart Mykonos and end in Bodrum, Turkey so that we could easily hop a flight to Istanbul after our sail.

Any recommendations for good tour operators in the area? Thank you!!!
