Their office is only open Fridays from 5-8:30.. I have called.. and left a message and HOPE to remember to cal them during three very reduced hours this Friday.

My daughter is going to the States in December and could mail it to you, or I am going in February and can also do so.

I've called a couple book stores and no luck. ( of course, I don´t have the exact name.. if it si on english or Spanish.. etc). But they have nothing they say on just this particular "camino".

You are wonderful to offer this. I know that the book is sold in their office, so it will probably require someone going to pick it up. That may be unreasonable.

I got an email from them that said that the Corte Ingles usually carries it, so that might be the easiest thing.

They do have the book in English and Spanish I've been told on the phone. I will make a note of going in this week to buy the one you want.

Happy to be able to help. I have enjoyed reading those blogs and also as I recognize almost all the little towns in La Mancha, as they are where I take friends for a two day jaunt occasionally, I think you will have some real visual treats in these little pueblos.

I have found the blog of someone who is currently walking the Camino de Levante and thought Lincasanova and others might be interested. She's walking it with dogs, though, so it is much more complicated than my walk will be!

Cycling seems so strenuous.. can't imagine it. Walking is so simple!

On a bike -- 16 days, Valencia to Santiago.

Me walking -- at least 42 days!

Though I enjoy cycling, I would never want to cycle a camino. As you might imagine, the whole experience is completely different. But I know some hard core cyclists who would never dream of walking!

The cyclists we spoke to thought walking was so hard.. and we thought cycling up those hills would be unbearable.

You really are a trooper.. I admire your stamina.
