My wife and I are thinking about taking Greenheart's 2 week language school in Rome, and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this group. They put you with a family and provide two meals a day.

Most language schools give you the option of staying with a family or in an apartment. I don't recall seeing that one ever mentioned on this website (never heard of it). There are several others that have been reviewed. Use the search box and they should turn up.
Did you particularly want a school in Rome? There have been good reviews for Il Sasso in Montepulciano, Solemar Sicilia in Cefalu, Sicily, Saena Iulia in Siena, etc.
