Can someone tell me specifically how to get from arrival terminal 2E to terminal 2B? I know there is a train that runs between terminals but is it well marked for how to make this particular change?

Plenty of information, including maps which you can print out, at http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/ADP/en-GB/Passagers/Home/
No train runs between 2E and 2B but there are shuttle buses both airside and landside and you can also walk. Is your flight from 2B international or within Schengen? Do you need to check-in with the carrier at 2B or will your bags be through checked? If your flight from 2B is international and you do not need to check-in, then taking the airside shuttle should avoid having to go through passport control.
Just follow the signs with your free luggage cart.
We flew through CDG twice last year...last time in Nov.
It seemed a real mess....everyone had to go to the passport control
exit and THREN follow the signs to the next terminal.
As PP said....follow the yellow brick road.
