Devon for 6 nights - Day trip ideas

We are 2 Kiwi Couples in our early 60's, fit and keen to have a good time. We will be staying at Dartmouth for 6 nights in July.
Open to ideas for day trips (will have car and enjoy driving) up to 2 hrs travel, small coastal towns etc. Look forward to your ideas
