I'm travelling to Italy, Slovenia and Croatia and I understand that the cheapest option is for me to by a SIM card on arrival in Rome. But I'm a bit technology challenged and my previous experiences with loading a new SIM is that it's never as straightfoward as I'd been led to expect. I really don't want to spend hours stuffing around when I could be out seeing the sights. So how easy is it to buy, install and setup a SIM card? I'm Australian, have an iPhone5 (needs nano SIM), don't speak Italian and only have one night in Rome before heading off.
Thanks for any advice.
How easy to set up new phone plan?
