Karlovac, Croatia guide?

I know it is a very long shot... but, has anyone used any of these "guides" on a list published on the tourism board for Karlovac, Croatia? I am looking for an English-speaking local to help me do some family research, etc.

Even if they are not on this list, if you've used an English-speaking guide in this area of Croatia and can recommend someone, great!
