Dear All
We are first timer to Germany, going to Munich to attend a company convention. We would like to visit Black Forest (2nights) , Garmisch(2nights), Berchtesgaden National Park (3 nights or ?)
Any suggestions for a inbound tour company that can provide us some itineary planning, hotel or resort booking with transportation? If not, any suggestions how should we travel within this region with a small group.
Thank you

Very difficult with 8. I would get 2 vehicles and double your options.

Thank you so much for your reply.
We don't intend to drive but wish to charter a mini van to bring us around.
My colleague cocern: Is Garmisch and Berchtesgaden a duplication? Are they similar in terms of what to see and do?
Another colleague concern about too many changing hotels, he wish to stay in the same place for more nights.
We have 7 nights in total : should i plan 4 nights in Black Forest and the region and 3 nights in Garmish?
I am a nature lover, love to visit National Park, do some hiking and admire the nature (had a good time in Yosemite Park last year and enjoyed the 2.5hours walking down the 4.5miles trail).
I am looking forward to Garmish for leisure hiking (not too hard for some tourmates are not used to walking).
We will hope to see a combination of Castles, Museum, Winerary, Mountain resort, Lakes.
I will take a look at the suggested website and if you have any input for the above, greatly appreciated.
Cheers!

That will be very expensive---I will guess about 400E per day.
I would skip the Black Forest and spend time in the Austrian lakes area near Salzburg.
Your best bet is to contact the tourist office in the Munich and explain the problem and ask them for a list of companies which provide the type of vehicle and driver that you need - specifically do you just want a driver or do you want on that is also a guide (more expensive). And you will have to pay for the driver's lodging and food for the duration away from home - plan on it being very pricey.
