i know this might be a vague question. i visited netherland, belgium and rome last year for my first trip to europe and i'm planning my second trip this year.
i want to visit Santorini & Prague. i know they are two totally different locations but if i have 16 days. where should i consider? should i just focus on one place and its nearby places? or is there any other places i should definitely look into? THANKS!

The list of places to see in Greece could be endless... i think a good advice would depend on what you like best, we would need to know when you consider traveling to Greece, what your likes are, and your general travel style.
The more details you give us, the better recommendations you will receive.

I think that you should start doing some homework from your site as well, so that you can spot the places that interest you.
You only need a few days for santorini . There is so much to Greece. Look under "Destinations" on Fodors to learn about Greece, especially mainland.
I agree, you only need few days for Santorini.
It really depends on what your interests are for Greece? If you're interested in Greek islands, I would suggest the Ionian islands too: Corfu, Kefalonia, Zakynthos.
My personal favorite is Kefalonia & Ithaca, while they are completely different from Santorini, I love the beaches, the scenic terrain, and I think they're much much quieter than crowded Santorini. But again, it all depends on your preferences.
