My wife, a couple of Friends and Miself will arrive on a Cruise to Dover Port (London) on 4/11/10. We would like to know the best and less expensive way to get to Marriot London Region Hotel. Please We will appreciate any help .

I think you need to check the name of the hotel. There is no Marriott London "Region" Hotel. Perhaps you mean Regents?
Sorry poutine, you are right.the name of the Hotel is Marriot London Regents. Any help ?
Best would be a private car service. Cheap would be a bus. Me, I would take the train to London and then a cab.
Why Sweden , Switzerland , Turkey , Ukraine ?
I'd take a taxi to Dover Priory Station then the fast train to St Pancras, then taxi to hotel
