If it were me, I would Google: Lisbon apartments
and find a comfy apartment with kitchen to stay in with good transportation connections for that length of time.

. I've been there last year during 3 months and I selected a self-catering apartment just in the centre, in Chiado place. I dealed with a company named Traveling To Lisbon. They are very professional and the prices are ok. I advise you to contact them.
