Would love to get suggestions for interesting buildings to see in Serbia and Bosnia (other than Kalemegdan in Belgrade and Mostar & Drina Bridges which I already know)??

I don't have time to answer now, and I've not visited Serbia, but there is some beautiful and fascinating architecture in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I've visited Sarajevo, Mostar and Travnik, all of which have Turkish buildings.
Two suggestions - get a copy of the Bradt guide to Bosnia & Herzegovina by Tim Clancy, it is very well written and informative. You will discover a lot reading this. And have a look at the BiH forum on www.tripadvisor.com There are several regular posters there who live in Sarajevo and other Bosnian towns who can give you good advice.
I agree with julia_t's suggestion to consult the Bradt guide. On a trip to Sarajevo last year we saw many interesting buildings from the Ottoman period--several important mosques, the Svrzo House, the Morica Han (old 15th century inn) and enjoyed wandering in the Bascarsija, the old part of the city.
Pocitelj in Herzegovina would be another place to visit.
In addition to julia-t's and Vttraveler's suggestions, there are several wonderful mosques and preserved houses in Mostar, all mentioned in the Bradt guide.

And our friend in Sarajevo says that the Blagaj Tekke near Mostar is a beautiful spot. Unfortunately we missed it during our trip
