I am flying from Vienna to Paris, considering Niki Air and would like feedback if flying the same day as my international flight is too nerve wacking although it arrives in Paris 10-11hours before and any suggestions with what to do with that time in Paris. Thanks

There is always a risk not being in the the city you are flying out of the night before. What if there is bad weather? (I've been delayed more than 8 hours by fog) What if your plane has mechanical problems - when does the airline's next flight go and what are the chances you'll get on it.
If you don't mind the risk of buying a new internatinal ticket - go ahead. But not sure why you didn;t buy open jaw tickets - and just return home directly from Vienna.
There is a 99.99 % chance that this will be fine. If anyone thinks that more than 1 out of 1000 flights are delayed by more than 10 hours, send in some statistics, please.
Lot's of people are willing to paint you a horror story about what "could" happen. Well, you could get in car accident in Vienna on the way to the airport, too. How do you plan for that?
Thank you this gives me food for thought!
