So my future wife and I will be going on a honeymoon in late September. It'll be about 10 days long and we have a couple of locations set in stone. We'd love to end the trip in Munich for Oktoberfest and we've heard so many good things about Prague that it seems like that's somewhere we need to see. But where would you start the trip? If you were ending a trip with Prague/Munich, where would you start and why? The three options we're looking at are Budapest, Vienna, and Warsaw. We know little about the locations other than they're considered to be great locations to travel to.
As for us, we're on somewhat of a budget, love the outdoors, love beer, and are looking to have a fun time.
Any suggestions on which of the 3 would be the most fun for a few days?

I've been to all of those cities more than once and I loved every one. It's a tough choice but I have to vote for Budapest. It's a very romantic city and it still has the old world charm. It's also much more budget friendly than Vienna. I was just there in Sept 2011 and I was surprised at how affordable it still is.
Instead of Warsaw you might give some consideration to Krakow. It's an incredibly beautiful city with a great deal of history. I especially enjoyed seeing Auschwitz, the Salt Mines just outside of Krakow and the Schindler Factory. The city itself (IMO) is actually more beautiful than Warsaw.
Whatever you decide you will not go wrong in any of these great cities. Many congrats on your upcoming marriage and have a great honeymoon!!
I've also been to all of these places and feel very fortunate to have done so! All else being equal, I'd suggest that you look further into Budapest.
Warsaw is interesting, but a bit far afield and IMO Krakow is even more appealing. You might want to wait until you have enough time to visit both.
I love Vienna, but for my purposes (which might be quite different than yours!), I thought it deserved at least 5 days, and it doesn't sound like you'll have that much time for it.
As you plan, do keep in mind that you'll need to block off at least 1/2 day for each move between these cities.

With only 10 days I would not add a 3rd location but if I had to choose among those three I vote for Vienna. It's compact, beautiful, and joyous.
While the Krakow idea is good and I'm totally in love with Krakow, it's difficult to get anywhere else from there (except Warsaw) and 3 days in Krakow is not nearly enough time.
Since you love the outdoors why not spend a couple of days in a small town and explore some of Bavaria with its charming towns/villages. Lodging is cheaper outside cities and you'll have a more diverse experience.
Vienna was an imperial capital with museums to match, the other cities in your heading were regional capitals. If interested in art, Vienna is the place to visit.
