I am planning a trip fro Dec 2012, to South lake Tahoe. Any recommendations on the best ski in/ski out? It seems to be hard to find a true ski in/out and the co travelers I have are big babies and dont even want to have to walk very far and are not into shuttles. Please help!

www.skiheavenly.com In case you do not figure out how to move your post here is a list of places within skiing distance Best Western I think for me last was nice.
I'd rent a condo on Tramway, on the Nevada side of Heavenly. It's not the cleanest ski-in/out but I've done it. I lived there years ago. It's possible they've added a resort up that way that would be even better.
This person went in December 2012 hope they had a good time.
By moving the "Announcement" to the Help Forum there will be all sorts of folks who don't notice where they are or the dates of the threads . . . so the tech staff moderators will have more 'stuff' to deal with.

Maybe just one more unintended consequence
HAHA for sure janis. Already fodorites replying to the announcement think they are posting in the lounge. Then they look around and see how much the lounge has changed. Hey you are in the the Helps Forum, peeps.
