Changing free guidebook?

BTW, the "Send us feedback" link is not working (Error on page).

For being quoted in a guidebook, I've been offered a couple free guidebooks. I got one but the other (Chicago) has not arrived. My Chicago trip has come and gone and now I'd like another choice. But I deleted my email (from Katie? Amy?) confirming my book choice.

Anybody got an email address for Katie and/or Amy?
