Only if the member has included his/her e-mail address.
But some fodorites do exchange addresses. In a post they will type something like >>joe doe @ aol dot com<< - spelling it out that way w/ spaces so it won't actually crea a link.
Just up to the two of you if you want your address(s) published.
Otherwise, you can post your photos on flickr or one of the other on line photos sites, and then post a link on a Fodors thread.
