Are you asking about people who post on the boards? Not unless they include their e-mail address in their profile (most members don't) . If you need to talk to a specific Fodorite, and s/he hasn't provided an address, post a note on one of their recent threads.
Or --do you mean contacting Fodors staff? their address is forums@fodors.com

You can also ask a Fodors editor to provide you with another poster's email address. In that case, the other poster also needs to provide agreement to release his/her email to you. So you both need to contact the editor.
Get a throwaway email address. Post it on the thread. Expect junk then choose the true reply. You are now in touch.
Get rid of the junk email account.
