I have used them. The girl I worked with was very prompt and built us a nice trip - I did not do a cookie cutter trip of Panama. We rented a car and drove ourselves around but she arranged the hotels and the car rental and the two real estate tours we had requested.

The only downside is that the owners of the company - unless something has changed - actually owns some of the hotels they send you too - like in Pedasi. I didn't care for the place, there was a funny odor in the hallway that went up the stairs so we tended not to spend too much time in the room. The shower was clean and the room was spotless so it was a nice spot to rest after touring around, and the staff was wonderful, I just didn't like the odor.

Hi -- Thanks for your response, Florence. My parents are taking my siblings and I and our families to Panama City/Canal Zone for a week ---- we lived there when we were young children, and so we want to visit old haunts, etc. My mom contacted the company to help us arrange accommodations and tours (e.g., tour of the Canal, driving tour of our old haunts in the Canal Zone, tour of Panama City). We have actually since found better accommodations (I didn't like the hotel they suggested), but we still are considering using them to organize transportation (we'll need a van/bus for 15 people), driver, and tour guide.
