best AI resort with teenager in riviera maya

we will be traveling to the riviera maya area and need AI resort suggestions. Here are the things we are looking for (our trip will be in June)

1. great beach - soft sand and calm carribean blue/green water
2. lots of teens in the 17-18 year old range
3. lots of music/entertainment
4. good food and drinks
5. laid back and not a place where she will be treated like a kid (she would not be happy playing xbox at a teens club with younger teens if you get what we mean, we want her to have fun and we will be watching to make sure she is safe so we don't mind her having a beverage here and there since it is for her graduation.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
