Costa Rica Caribbean Coast zip lining and activity for return to san jose?

Our family will be stying near puerto viejo on the carribean coast and would like to do some zip lining. We could do it at the Braulio CArrilo park on the way there, (rain Forest Adventure Park), or we could use gecko trail adventures who have a zip line tour thirty minutes from Puerto Viejo.
Any suggestions?
Also, any suggestions for activities on a one-day trip back to san jose if we don't take highway 32, but rather skirt south near Turriabla?
