We used them last november. No problems. We booked with Mapache rent a car, and we get 20% discount. We also enjoyed discounts on rafting and zipline in Arenal.
Could you please give us some more descriptive information on the type of product and support they gave you?

They are extremely helpful and provide and excellent and professional service. We were six poeples and we save around 500 box. Not to bad for a $49 purchase! If you pick up your cards like I did at the airport, they will have someone waiting outside the customs area with your name. They also have a live chat to provide you help.
