Online booking on their website: www.airpanama.com
Depending on when you are trying to book your flight for, you may not be able to do it online. Air Panama often does not even schedule confirmed seats on flights from Panama to Bocas del Toro until 30-45 days before the flight is supposed to take place. If you've requested a flight online, which is the option that will come up, if this is the case, they WILL get back to you. But not until that time period - 30 to 45 days before the flight is supposed to take place. This has happened to us twice, and both times, they have followed through. Yes, it is a bit frustrating, but that's the way they do it. For more on Panama, check out www.PanamaGringoGuide.com. Good luck to you!
I've run into the same thing, thinking I could make reservations more than a month out. I couldn't. But it all worked out in the end.
I find Air Panama's service to be just fine. The planes are a little cramped, but the flights aren't long. They fly three days a week between San Jose and David, which makes it a great, quick way (a one-hour flight) to get to western Panama from Costa Rica.
