Driving directions from Sarapiqui to La Fortuna

Does anyone have good driving directions from Sarapiqui area to La Fortuna?

We just did it recently, but we had a private driver, so I'm not much help with directions. It took us about two hours.

This is the route we took, but we headed south on 126 at the junction to go to Poas:

I enjoyed the ride; straightforward, scenic, except for a minor traffic jam in Aquas Zarcas. Don't know about after the turn to the north on 126.

oops, that's in the reverse direction, of course. We did La Fortuna east.
