Does anyone know of an airline flying from San Salvador to La Ceiba? I know Taca fly to Roatan but can't find a flight to the mainland. If Roatan is the only option how often are boats to La Ceiba?

Taca Regional flies smaller planes to La Ceiba from Roatan, San Pedro Sula, or Tegucigalpa.

Even though the regional airline is affiliated with Taca itself, it doesn't look like you can book the connection on all one ticket, at least not through the website.

I realize that. Perhaps you could work out a flight connection in Roatan, San Pedro Sula, or Tegucigalpa.
The ferry crossing between the Bay Islands and La Ceiba can be rough.
