Guatemala Where to go and what to do

Planing a vacattion to Guatemala. We follow the forum when planning our vacattions in Panama and it was just great.
Looking for comments and sugestions on thing to do and places to visit in Guatemala. Also if anyone can sugest a good local tour operator...
