Help! Trying to go from Quepos to Nosara in Costa Rica on a Wednesday

I would like to travel from Quepos to Nosara in Costa Rica on a Wednesday in early November. The Nature Air website seems to indicate that there are no flights on Wednesday and I've been told Sansa doesn't fly to Nosara now. What's the best way for me to get to Nosara from Quepos? Thanks for any help.
