Be more specific about where in Panama you're going. It's an issue in parts of the country.

In particular, take note of Yellow Fever restrictions in your own country, I am visiting Panama in December and even though I am not travelling into a strictly active Yellow Fever zone, it is growing. So, I am required to show a 'yellow book' upon arrival home in Australia, displaying information on my Yellow Fever immunisations.
