We would like to go to Hanging Bridges (Arenal) with a tour guide. Does anyone know a guide to recommend? Also, are there guides just waiting outside that area as they do at Manuel Antonio?
Thanks so much

There are guides available for group and private tours, and you reserve through the Hanging Bridges site. It is a private facility, not a national park, so you don't have "scalpers" at the entrance.
We used Francisco from Desafio, and he was excellent. Zender from Sunset Tours is another excellent guide. Either one would be fantastic - both very friendly eagle eyes.
Where are you staying? We stayed at Lost Iguana, and they called for a guide for us and another couple. Sorry, I can' remember what company they used. The guide picked us up at the hotel.
