Tranquility Bay Resort

Has anyone stayed at Tranquility Bay Resort on Ambergris Caye? If so, can you tell me more about their "Budget" accomodations? We are not divers, but avid snorkelers, and would love to have beach access to great snorkeling and kayaking. This looks like it could be a great fit. We are not intersted in crowds or nightclubs, but are foodies. We like quiet, privacy, great snorkeling, great food, and starlit night skies. Any suggestions?
