Trip Itinerary - Nicaragua and Costa Rica

We are all booked for our 2-1/2 week trip to Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Here is our plan.
July 18 - fly to Managua - pick up rental car and drive to Granada
Mayasa sunset tour
Tour city
July 20 - drive to San Jorge for ferry to Ometepe
kayak Isitan and/or hike one of the volcanoes
July 22 - ferry to San Jorge and drive to San Juan del Sur
surf
zip - line??? I know you all hate them but I have an 18 & 22 year old wanting to give it a try
chill out
July 25 - drop rental car - cross border - pick up new rental car and drive to Rincon de la Vieja
hike
zip-line??
horseback ride/waterfall
July 28 - drive to Dominical
surf
zip-line???
Marino Ballena National Park for snorkeling
horseback ride/waterfall
overnight at Sierpe for Corcovado Day trip
chill out
August 3 - fly home

I know many of you will question why I am skipping Arenal and Monteverde - after much reading, they are not what I was looking for out of this vacation. I am open to stopping somewhere between Rincon and Dominical for 2 nights if you all think there is a place we just cannot miss.

I will post a trip report when we return.
