Seville Alcazar ticket online purchasing problem

Today I attempted to purchase 4 senior tickets for the Alcazar on April 26. After inputting all the information including passport numbers, credit card information etc, it kept taking me back to the payment information page. I received an email from them asking me to confirm my email address, but so far that's it. My credit card provider advises that payment has not gone through. I have emailed Real Alcazar hoping to straighten things out but thought while waiting to hear back I'd check here if anyone has had similar issues. Assuming payment goes through are the tickets emailed?

I haven't had that problem, but assuming payment does go through, yes tickets are emailed.

Thanks very much Maribel. I didn't hear back from Real Alcazar so I went ahead and tried booking them again using a different credit card - success!!!!

I have a memory of getting our tickets at the Cathedral. We were told you could buy tickets for Alcazar and cathedral together and it was much quicker to get them thru the cathedral. We bought them when we got there so obviously doing it online will guarantee you peace of mind. A part of me enjoyed Alcazar more than the Alhambra. Smaller, more intimate and less crowds. Enjoy.

Hey Kiddo. Any update? Did you have a problem getting in?

I would love to visit...but I'm driving down from Valencia region for a couple days. I don't want to miss out!

You really need to book your tickets online well in advance, now that the high tourist season has begun in full force.
