Car Rental Near Buquebus in Montevideo

I would appreciate any information about car rental agencies located at, or very near, the Buquebus Terminal in Montevideo. I was told that Thrifty is right there, and we rented successfully from them last year in another location, but their web site indicated that this was not a pick up site. I could not find another agency located just there either.

Any help is appreciated.
