New Year's Eve - Buenos Aires

Four of us will be in Buenos Aires on New Year's Eve (Recoletta) and would like a recommendation for a nice restaurant for dinner. Preferably within walking distance to Recoletta since we've found cabs to be difficult that night. Any celebrations in town we might want to attend? Thank you for any suggestions.
