Hi, I would appreciate some feedback on Sa Luxury Expeditions.
I am discussing an upcoming trip to Brazil with them and I run into this web site www.saluxuryexpeditions-reviews.org
There are several bad reviews of this travel agency published there. So far my experience has been excellent, but I am hesitant to buy from them, since the reviews tend to claim that they are excellent at selling but fall behind when it comes to delivering a well executed trip.
Does anyone else have any experience with them?

Hi, I traveled with SA Luxury Expeditions and our trip was AWFUL. To be more precise, their services were terrible, but we likes South America. You can see my full Trip Report here

I advise you to travel independently or find another travel agency.
Anyone concerned about these online postings is welcome to read our official response: http://www.saluxuryexpeditions.com/blog/let-us-explain/.
We are also clients of SA Lux Exp and we posted our review here http://www.fodors.com/community/south-america/sa-luxury-expeditions-review-beware.cfm
I find it VERY annoying that this travel agency is denying previous clients. I think they should be a lot more professional about their operation in South America. I wouldn't have published a negative review if they had approached me on a timely manner. We tried to contact them many times after we returned from our trip but never heard back. There were many hiccups along our Peru and Ecuador journey and they should properly acknowledge this.
We had an unpleasant trip thanks to them.
