San Andres or Providencia Islands?

Which of these islands would people recommend to visit? Which has the better diving? I'm tempted to visit both - is it worth the extra distance to go to Providencia?

Can anyone recommend a hotel in Providencia? Can anyone tell me about Deep Blue - http://www.hoteldeepblue.com - I think it's a new place???

What about good restaurants? Advice welcome!
