Suggestion on Places to Move?!

Hello! I am looking for a teaching job in South America but am overwhelmed on possible places to look. I will be backpacking Ecuador/Peru/Bolivia this summer but I feel like i need to apply to jobs before i travel which puts me in a bit of a predicament.

I am a 24 year old girl. fluent in English with working fluency in Spanish. I have a teaching degree and 3 years experience teaching a variety of subjects (mainly Social Studies, Spanish and English Literature) I love love love culture.....music, movies, art etc. I eventually want to get my PhD in Latin American Studies with a focus on film. I love the idea of being somewhere with a large 20 something population and lots of creativity...especially somewhere close to beautiful nature. Any suggestions?

I'd be happy to add more and thank you thank you thank you for the advice!

Also, any suggestions on how to look at jobs at International Schools (not just ESL?)
