Trainers and Tutors in Ecuador

I will be going to Otavalo, Cuenca, and Quito later this month and I am hoping to find in each location both a personal fitness trainer (and/or yoga) and a Spanish language tutor. I will be on vacation but would like to build some fitness training into my schedule. I would also like to find someone to do a little bit of language tutoring. If anyone has any recommendations or suggestions, I would be very grateful.
