I need to plan our 25th anniversary trip for 2013. Would like to hear any ideas for a romantic trip of a lifetime! Want to go somewhere warm, with beach and water. Would love to go to someplace that has those little huts over the water and also be able to kayak in some calm waters! Thanks!!

Fiji has several resorts with overwater huts (FYI - the are called Bures). You should know, those types of resorts are VERY EXPENSIVE0.
Now, there are literally thousands of destinations throughout the world that will be "warm" some time during 2013 and the same number that have kyacks, becahes and water. So, in order for us to make meaningful recommendations we need more info from you:
1) What's your budget (in actual dollars not nebulous terms like "affordable", "not over the top" and "won't break the bank") for accommodations, food, airfare and activities? This is probably the most important factor in determining where you might go.
2) When in 2013 will you be traveling?
3) Where are you traveling from?
4) What is your tolerance level for length and complexity of travel to reach your destination?
5) Are you willing to travel internationally or just in your own country?
6) What type of activities besides kayaking interests you and your spouse?
7) How long a trip are you planning?
The more you can tell us about your personalities, likes and dislikes the easier it will be for us to steer you in the right direction.
You find the 'huts over water' set up mostly in Indonesia, Thailand, South Pacific, that part of the world.
