My girlfriend and I are planning on going to Iceland in the next year, and I wanted to ask who out there in the Fodor's world knows of some of the best nature spots to hit, where we could best view the Borealas, Hotel suggestions as well as the best time of year to make out journey there.

Although I have never actually been to Iceland myself it is somewhere that I really, really want to visit! The amazing natural spectacles - volcanos, glaciers and geysers! Those have got to be on the top of your to do list! Vatnajökull National Park sounds like it has a great mix.
