My rear gets really tired on those long flights....can anyone suggest the best airplane seat cushion? I've looked at a wedge cushion from Magellan...has anyone used that..or is there something better?
Is there a good airline seat cushion and where can I buy it?

Get up frequently - it will help with the tired rear end and with your overall health and well being. Your butt falling asleep is your body's way of saying "move!" It's dangerous to sit so long that you actually notice a body part hurting.
