I am traveling for school this summer (my last classes as an undergrad!!!) and I am a little unsure of how to go about packing for this trip. I will be in South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town, KZN Midlands, Northern Natal, Swaziland, and Kruger in that order) starting at the beginning of May and leaving the first week of June. After, I will be off to Ireland where I will be in Dublin for a week and then traveling around the country until the end of June.
I have traveled extensively before, but this trip seems to be particularly challenging due to the change in climate and the length of the trip (basically 2 months). As we will be moving around quite a bit, I would love some advice on how to pack for these two locations in the most efficient way possible!
I would really appreciate any advice from all you travel veterans out there! Thanks!

It will be winter in South Africa - chilly at night in Joburg and Kruger, warm but not hot in KZN, and cool and rainy in Cape Town.
Ireland in June will likely also be cool and cloudy at least some of the time, so I don't think the packing list need be very different. Layers, obviously.
