Are people supposed to guess what you consider affordable?
Talk about an oxymoron - putting the word "affordable in the same sentence with "golf & spa vacations" is laughable. Vacations, by definition, are usually considered a bit of a luxury and those two activities (golf & spas) are among the more expensive activities one can engage in while on vacation.
So, you have to define what you consider "affordable" and "good values". While I like golf I rarely find green fees "good value" and since I dislike spa treatments completely I don't deem any of them "good values".
All that being said, check out the following:

If you go June, July, August they might be affordable - in winter, not so much.
Without specifics, no one can help you.
What town, how long, when, price, etc
