Going with my oldest friend for a spa trip to celebrate our 60th birthdays. We're limited to hotel flight/hotel packages on Allegiant. Looking for a smaller property and have come down to the Camelback Inn or the Montelucia. Any comments pro or con would be appreciated.

Love the Camelback Inn. I've been there for spa weekends with my friends, too! Great spa, love the room Casitas and the pool area is awesome. Nice restaurant, too. Don't know the Montelucia.
I LOVE The Royal Palms. Much smaller than Montelucia. The Spa is great and the hotel itself is heavenly. Been several times.

PHX area, Red Mountain Resort in St George Utah is also excellent. Fly into either Las Vegas or St George.
